2. Return the Item: After receiving confirmation of your exchange request via email, carefully package the item you wish to exchange, making sure it’s in its original, unworn, and unused condition, with all tags and packaging intact.

3. Shipping the Item: You are responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method to ensure the safe return of your item to us.

4. Receiving the Exchange: Once we receive and inspect the returned item to confirm it meets our exchange criteria, we will process the exchange and ship the new item to you. Any price difference between the exchanged items will be handled accordingly.

• Exchanges are subject to availability. If the requested item is out of stock, we will provide alternatives or issue a refund.
